Job Description
Program Responsibilities Implement program according to agency model, which is gender responsive, relational, and cognitive behavioral, family-centered, and culturally competent Complete intake duties for new clients as assigned by the Program Manager, including orientation and admission paperwork Facilitate groups using designated evidence-based curricula practicing fidelity to the curriculum Conduct case management and case treatment planning, including continuing care planning, to address criminogenic needs of clients Provide individual case management Monitor and supervise residents Oversee planning and review of child visits Communicate with Department of Corrections agents regarding client progress, including staffing, phone and e-mail updates, weekly staffing reports, and discharge report Provide referrals to community providers Assign weekly house jobs to clients and check completion of house jobs Verify completion of ARC work by clients Prepare reports Maintain resident files and logs Participate in scheduled client staffings and team meetings Work assigned shifts to meet the needs of resident and the agency Serve as on-call staff Conduct fire and severe weather drills Manage menus and shop for groceries and facility supplies Other duties as assigned by the
Program Manager Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise interns and volunteers in performing duties specified by the Social Worker or Program Manager Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related human services field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, relevant experience, and training in the field will be considered. Knowledge or experience in some of the following areas: gender responsive programming, substance use disorders, engaging clients, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, working with justice involved women, trauma-informed care, and ability to maintain a safe, stable residential treatment environmentSimilar jobs in Fond du Lac, WI
