Contract position in Oshkosh, WI (start ASAP) — 26 weeks, $54.90/hr.
Schedule:
7:30 AM-6:00 PM. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver clinical services in a secure setting. The ideal candidate holds an MSW from an accredited program and an active Wisconsin LCSW license, has clinical counseling training and crisis-management experience, and is comfortable working independently and collaborating with correctional and multidisciplinary teams. Correctional experience is a plus.
Key responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions Manage a caseload of 20-30 patients per week Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver crisis intervention and perform risk assessments Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Coordinate care with correctional staff and multidisciplinary providers
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Active LCSW license in Wisconsin Demonstrated clinical counseling experience and crisis-intervention skills Ability to work independently in a secure environment; correctional experience preferred
