Job Description

Youth Justice & Parenting Education Case Worker Crawford County Health & Human Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented professional to join our supportive Health & Human Services team as a Youth Justice & Parenting Education Case Worker . This position offers the opportunity to positively impact youth and families through prevention-focused services, restorative practices, parenting education, and collaborative community partnerships. Starting wage for this position is $29.28/hr and goes to $33.15/hr after one year. For certified social workers starting wage is $30.28/hr and $34.15/hr. What You'll Do Provide case management and supportive services to youth and families involved with youth justice or prevention programs Facilitate parenting education and skill-building programs Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, courts, providers, and community organizations Support restorative and trauma-informed approaches to youth services Maintain documentation and case records in accordance with agency and state requirements Participate in team staffing, case consultation, and ongoing professional development Advocate for families and connect them with needed community resources Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required and Wisconsin Social Work certification preferred Apply Today Please send Crawford County Employment Application, Resume and Cover Letter by June 12, 2026 to: Dan McWilliams, Director 225 N.
