We are expanding our services to include integrated behavioral health in order to better support children and adolescents. ADHD Anxiety and Depression Behavioral concerns Autism spectrum support Family stressors Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health evaluations (CPT 90791) Provide individual psychotherapy (90832, 90834, 90837) Provide family therapy when appropriate (90847) Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Collaborate closely with pediatric providers Coordinate care with schools and community agencies Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Participate in case discussions and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Active Arizona LCSW license (independent licensure required) Experience working with children and adolescents essential Familiarity with AHCCCS/ Medicaid populations preferred Strong CBT and evidence-based therapy skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate Flexible schedule Administrative billing support How to Apply Please submit your resume and brief cover letter describing your experience in pediatric behavioral health and integrated care settings.
