Job Description

Health Advocates Network is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with

  • Shift:
    Tues,Thurs, Friday 7am-5pm
  • Start Date:
    5/25/2026
  • Contract Length:
    13 weeks
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualification and Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting.
  • LMFT/LMFTA or
LMHC/LMHCA
required
  • American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers
  • Licensed master social worker (LMSW or LCSW).
  • An active, current state license.
  • EPIC experience (preferred)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Additional certifications may be required.
