You can learn HUD VASH, just like you learned the program you worked in. I need people who will enforce company policy and enforce the rules, regardless the emotions of it. I would like people who have an understanding of business or at least can think partly from a business standpoint. I don't need nurturers. I need clinicians who have fired people and lost only 1 night of sleep. I will pay you well to solve problems. After 90 days in office, you'll have flexibility. I don't care if you have 10 other jobs. Just solve management problems. Looking for 3 supervisors. I'd prefer at least 5 years. The clinical director says 2-4. But that experience needs to be real, not just giving clinicial supervison. You must hold a LCSW or LMFT license. No other will be accepted.
