Part-Time or Full-Time | Available 3•4days per week We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services in a correctional facility located in Ione, California . The ideal candidate is skilled in clinical assessment, counseling, and case management, and is committed to supporting the mental well-being of patients in a secure healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including substance abuse and psychological history. Perform suicide risk evaluations and respond promptly to patient crises. Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA . Conduct mental status examinations and collaborate on complex clinical cases. Assist patients with benefits applications and community resource referrals. Support transitions of care and facilitate discharge planning. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and data reporting as required. Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and facility protocols. Requirements Active California LCSW License . BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred). Prior experience in correctional, clinical, or behavioral health settings preferred.
