Weeks Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide psychosocial support, discharge planning, care coordination, and resource management in an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must have recent acute care experience and be comfortable managing a high patient caseload.Assignment Details:
Caseload:
20-23 patients Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required First-time travelers not accepted Every other weekend required Floating required to affiliated facilities, including Laguna campus Maximum of 7 days requested time offRequired Qualifications:
