CSW 2 Salary range: $51.18 - $61.14 Hourly CSW 3 Salary range: $55.63 - $66.48 Hourly Qualifications We're seeking a compassionate, diligent Clinical Social Worker II or III with: + Master's degree in social work or social welfare + CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or license eligible + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification + Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills + Expertise with psychosocial assessments, clinical interventions, and treatment planning + Knowledge of Child Abuse, Elder and Dependent Adult Abuse, Neglect and Domestic Violence treatment, interventions, and reporting protocols. + Commitment to principles of patient and family centered care, and an understanding of cultural differences and diversity. + Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams + Willingness to participate in at least one area of specialized practice annually + Computer proficiency
