$25.00 per hour Supervision for Licensure Hours Provided About the Position The Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) to join our behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to provide quality mental health services in a supportive clinical environment while receiving supervision toward independent licensure. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, collaborative, culturally responsive and committed to helping clients achieve meaningful progress in treatment. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions Collaborate with providers, referral sources, and community support as appropriate Participate in weekly clinical supervision and consultation Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing regulations Other duties as assigned Qualifications License /

Certification:

ASW, AMFT, APCC

Required Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university. Valid registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
