Licensed Clinical Social Worker Pay rate: $95/hr. on 1099 (Negotiable)

$1000 Sign-on-Bonus Days & Shifts Mon-Thurs/Tue-Fri 7am - 5pm, Mon-Fri 8am - 4pm, Inquire about 2x10, 3x10, or 2x8, 3x8, 4x8 schedules Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide mental health services within a correctional facility setting. The LCSW will work under clinical supervision to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with mental health needs while ensuring compliance with established standards of care. Minimum Qualifications Active LCSW license in the State of California Minimum 12 months of relevant clinical experience within the last 3 years (internship not included) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a correctional or institutional environment Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments, evaluations, and develop treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management Perform suicide risk assessments and mental status examinations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide discharge planning and assist with transition to community resources Ensure compliance with ethical standards, policies, and confidentiality regulations

Pay:

$95.00 - $98.00 per hour
