Job Description
Job Description Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving a community-based healthcare setting. This role provides outpatient mental health services in a collaborative environment focused on improving access to care and supporting individuals and families. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, including psychotherapy, clinical assessments, and case management, to diverse populations across various settings. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, effective documentation practices, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to promote whole-person care and overall well-being.
