In this role, you will guide patients through therapeutic processes, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health adversities. Competitive Compensation Responsibilities for this position include: Responsible for a caseload of clients Maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and Agency guidelines. Creates individualized treatment plans for each caseload client based on their individual needs and abilities. Conducts individual sessions. Participates in interdisciplinary staff meetings with other professional staff members, doctors and counselors to discuss evaluate and develop treatment plans. Interprets treatment plans, goals and assignments for the family. Assists the family in working with the clinical staff towards treatment goals. Records interventions and interactions with clients, families and community agencies in progress notes of Electronic Medical Records System. Maintains ethical actions and boundaries with respect to all decisions and professional duties. Participates in required trainings and continuing education in compliance with Agency, DCF and Joint Commission policies and procedures. Responsible for all clinical documentation of allocated cases, as set forth by DCF and Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications:
License and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or Mental Health Counselor. Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication, Observation & Written skills. Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Confidentiality laws. Knowledge of addictions. Ability to interact with a multi-disciplinary team to assist in facets of the recovery program relating to physical health. Knowledge and competency in problem solving, stress management, ethics and team building. Pass pre-employment drug screen
