As part of this initiative, we are supporting the development of the position profile and related hiring materials. Global Impact Wellness Group delivers mental health and substance use services through both in-person and telehealth care, with an emphasis on accessible, evidence-based treatment for the communities it serves. Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its growing behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and behavioral health services, with experience in clinical counseling, case management, and crisis intervention. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a clinician committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and adults. Bonus opportunities are available as part of the compensation package. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to support diagnosis and treatment planning Provide individual, group, and family therapy services based on patient needs Develop, implement, and periodically update individualized treatment plans Complete all documentation, progress notes, and clinical records accurately and within required timeframes Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions in the delivery of care Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative team members to support coordinated, high-quality services Maintain compliance with applicable policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements Skills / Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and other evidence-based treatment modalities Experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults Strong clinical familiarity with presentations involving anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues Proficiency in motivational interviewing, de-escalation, and crisis intervention strategies Experience using EMR/EHR systems for timely and accurate documentation, treatment planning, and data tracking Ability to conduct intake assessments and contribute to diagnostic evaluation and care planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based care environment Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus
