Shift:
8-Hour Evening Shift (12:00 PM•8:30 PM, Monday-Friday) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital-based setting. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered social services, discharge planning, and emotional support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide psychosocial assessments and support to patients and families Coordinate discharge planning and care transitions Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Assist with crisis intervention and counseling Maintain accurate patient documentation
Schedule & Compensation Shift:
Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM•8:30
PM Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours per week Requirements Minimum 2 years of hospital-based social work experience Active LCSW license in Georgia AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)•Required Strong communication and case management skills. Additional Information No local candidates (must reside 50+ miles from facility) Application Question(s): Traveler above 50 miles from the facility
