About the Clinicians Workday The position involves providing individual therapy to adults in an inpatient crisis stabilization setting with a focus on dual diagnoses including intellectual and developmental disabilities combined with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral dysregulation. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, participating in crisis evaluations and safety planning, and delivering short-term solution-focused interventions. The clinician will adapt DBT or ACT interventions to meet the specialized needs of adults with IDD, participate in treatment team meetings, coordinate discharge planning, and support safe stabilization for transition back to community-based services.
