Fort Wayne, IN Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our inpatient behavioral health team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The LCSW will provide individualized therapy and support to clients navigating addiction recovery and mental health challenges, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions specializing in addiction recovery and behavioral health Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Monitor progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes Facilitate educational and therapeutic workshops for clients and their families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current LCSW licensure in the state of Indiana Experience in addiction recovery and behavioral health preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental approach to client care Apply Today!
