  • Full-time About Us We residential substance use disorder treatment facility in Mount Vernon, Kentucky, dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Our program provides a structured, trauma-informed environment where clients receive individualized, evidence-based care from admission through discharge. Position Summary We are hiring clinical staff at multiple licensure levels to join our residential treatment team. Licensed clinicians (LCADC, LCSW, LPCC) will conduct assessments, diagnose substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and deliver therapy. CADCs will provide counseling services under clinical supervision. All roles contribute directly to client recovery in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Responsibilities For Licensed Clinicians (LCADC, LCSW, LPCC): Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM-based level-of-care evaluations Diagnose substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions within scope of practice Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care) Provide clinical supervision to CADCs and TCADCs Coordinate care with medical staff, case managers, and external providers For CADCs (under clinical supervision): Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions Support treatment plan implementation and client goal progression Document services accurately and timely in the EHR Collaborate with licensed clinical staff for diagnosis and treatment planning Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
All Clinical Staff:
Document clinical services in compliance with 908 KAR 1:370 and 1:372 Participate in weekly treatment team meetings Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare coordination Maintain trauma-informed, client-centered approach Required Qualifications Active Kentucky credential in one of the following: LCADC
  • Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor LCSW
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker LPCC
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor CADC
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (under clinical supervision) Additional requirements: Bachelor's degree minimum (Master's required for
LCADC/LCSW/LPCC
roles) Clean KSP or AOC background check Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days) Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in residential SUD treatment Experience with co-occurring disorders (dual diagnosis) Familiarity with ASAM Criteria and Kentucky DBHDID regulations Familiarity with Medicaid documentation requirements Experience with EHR systems
