7/13/2026 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated LCSW Social Worker to join the Behavioral Health team, supporting adult patients in an ambulatory setting. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong assessment skills, experience in acute care, and the ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced behavioral health environment. Key Requirements EPIC experience required CANS certification required LCSW preferred Acute care experience required Charge capability highly preferred No floating required Must work every other major holiday Flu vaccine required during flu season Business casual attire What You'll Do Provide behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination Support adult patients (18+) in an ambulatory behavioral health clinic Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC Serve in charge capacity when needed (highly preferred) Ideal Candidate Experienced in multiple care settings Comfortable working independently in a clinic environment Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills Reliable, organized, and committed to patient-centered care Compensation & Schedule $2,816 per week Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No nights, weekends, or block scheduling How to Apply Apply now or contact Lizzie directly at 708-292-8461 #allied2misc
