LCSW preferred LICSW credentialing with CHA can take up to 2months start date will apply based on this process MA Licensed social work license (LCSW) in state of MA Must be CANS Certified Must have acute care experience Flu vaccine required during season 2+ year(s) of Social Work experience Masters degree in social work (MSW). CA02
