Job Description

Full‑Time | 80 Hours Bi‑Weekly | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Brook Lane is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our Laurel Hall School team in Hagerstown, MD. This is a meaningful opportunity to support school‑aged children and adolescents through therapeutic services that promote emotional well‑being, academic success, and personal growth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and help create a supportive environment where students can thrive. Provide therapeutic services to Laurel Hall students, including individual and group counseling. Support students' emotional and behavioral needs within a school‑based setting. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services. Maintain documentation and complete required trainings in accordance with Brook Lane and regulatory standards. Completion of a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program. Training and/or experience working with school‑aged children and adolescents in clinical, educational, or behavioral health settings. LCSW‑C or LCPC (licensed at the certified clinical level). Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid certification. Valid Driver's License and driving record meeting Meritus vehicle policy requirements. Annual submission of a certified driving record and signed acknowledgment of Attestation A per Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy. Strong verbal and written communication skills . Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Commitment to maintaining licensure requirements and completing assigned trainings.
