in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination services to a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and primary care providers to deliver holistic, integrated mental health services that support each patient's overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, social, and functional needs of patients. Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and update plans based on patient progress. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessment for patients experiencing acute mental health episodes. Facilitate coordination of care including referrals to community resources, social services, housing, and substance use treatment. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, NPs, and PAs to ensure integrated and coordinated mental health and medical care. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Provide psychoeducation to patients and families regarding diagnosis, coping skills, and community support systems. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. Support discharge planning and transitions of care to ensure continuity of services for patients. Qualifications & Requirements Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program. Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain). 1-3 years of clinical social work experience in a behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare setting preferred. Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered care. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year based on experience and licensure.
