  • Part-time, Full-time, Contract Ready to be a private practitioner with your own office and schedule flexibility?
We are a local private practice that has been providing services over 15 years. Demand is such that we are expanding into Springfield, MO. You will have as full of a caseload as you want. How much you want to generate as far as your earnings depends on you. Higher pay for higher volume caseload. You will be credentialed with all major insurance companies. We have two locations in Springfield, MO and Joplin, MO, and we are seeking qualified LPCs and/or LCSWs. We provide Monday
  • Friday flexible working hours.
Must be licensed in the state of Missouri. Provisionally licensed practitioners can also apply as we can provide clinical supervision on site! Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapies, including behavioral therapy and psychotherapy, to support patient progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in crisis intervention and support patients with developmental disabilities and PTSD. Facilitate family counseling sessions and provide community resources as needed.
