Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, creative, team-minded, hard-working, communicative, positive and organized. -Therapist would be responsible for clinical assessments, diagnosing, treatment planning, and clinical documentation for assigned clients. The practice will take care of all administrative and billing tasks as well as marketing, so you can focus on your clinical work! We will help you build a caseload that fits with your specialty and desired scope of work. All candidates need to be willing to participate in growing client caseload.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A CURRENT LICENSE TO PRACTICE IN MISSOURI.
Preferred:
Experience working with all ages (including children) Prior credentialing with insurance panels a plus, but not required Strong knowledge and experience in CBT, Substance abuse, PTSD Proficient in conducting assessments and diagnosing mental health disorders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to establish rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
