Experience Years Experience:
2 Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential (LCSW) required; additional certifications in addiction counseling or trauma-informed care are advantageous. Proven experience providing psychotherapy within hospital or outpatient settings; home & community care experience is preferred. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and mental health screenings utilizing clinical judgment and standardized tools. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Implement specialized interventions for populations with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, and geriatrics. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols. CA02
