Job Description
Green Mental Wellness is seeking a compassionate, fully licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient practice as a part-time W-2 employee . This position offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a combination of virtual and in-person therapy services. What We Offer

- Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy to adults
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate
- Deliver high-quality care through both telehealth and in-person sessions
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina (required)
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating eating disorders and disordered eating
