Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Social Worker for our Cardinal Kids Pediatric Palliative Medicine Program. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree and will play a vital role in providing case management and counseling services to pediatric patients, their families, and caregivers. This role involves conducting psychosocial assessments and developing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. The Pediatric Social Worker will provide critical support to help families navigate the complexities of pediatric palliative care, ensuring they receive the emotional, social, and practical assistance they need.
