Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and level of functioning. Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient health records. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate. Demonstrate strong knowledge of psychological counseling theories and evidence-based treatment techniques. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree in: Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling Or a related clinical field Degree must be obtained from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in mental health services. At least 1 years of experience in a comparable position .

Licensure/Certification:

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in the state of practice.

Required Skills:
