Job Description

Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center (MVPC) is a New York State Office of Mental Health and Joint Commission Accredited facility, providing comprehensive community-based mental health services for adults and inpatient services for children & youth. Located in the foothills of the Adirondacks, Utica provides easy access to the Adirondack Park and its four-season activities. It is 90 miles west of Albany and 50 miles east of Syracuse. We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker!
Qualifications:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW): licensed and currently registered by New York State as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): licensed and currently registered as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State (LCSW). The Mission of the New York State Office of Mental Health is to promote the mental health of all New Yorkers, with a focus on providing hope and supporting recovery for adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbances.
