We specialize in comprehensive, patient-centered care, including innovative treatment programs for post traumatic stress and neurological recovery. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed and experienced counselor (LPC, LCSW/LPSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to administer our Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) program. This role combines clinical care, program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support patients recovering from brain injuries. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological recovery, skilled in behavioral health interventions, and comfortable working within a collaborative, integrative care model. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide individual and/or group counseling and eduaction for patients with TBI and related conditions Address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges (e.g., depression, anxiety, adjustment, trauma) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct assessments and track patient progress using appropriate outcome measures Program Leadership Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the TBI program Help establish clinical protocols, workflows, and best practices Help define program goals, metrics, and growth strategies Educate patients, families, and staff on TBI-related topics Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with medical providers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members Participate in case reviews and care coordination meetings Contribute to integrated care plans that address both physical and psychological recovery Documentation & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Ensure compliance with all licensing, ethical, and privacy requirements (HIPAA) Community & Program Growth (optional but valuable) Assist with outreach, partnerships, and community education related to TBI care Support marketing and awareness initiatives for the program Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW/LPSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Oregon Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting Preferred Experience working with TBI, concussion, chronic pain, or neurological conditions Familiarity with interdisciplinary or integrated care models Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, ACT, or similar modalities Experience in program development or leadership roles Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work with complex, medically involved patients Leadership mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach What We Offer Collaborative, team-based care environment Opportunity to lead and shape a growing specialty program Competitive compensation and benefits Professional development and growth opportunities We're open to part-time and contract work, or a full-time role.
