Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, warmth, and a commitment to client-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to build a steady caseload, work with diverse populations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a flexible, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couple, and/or family psychotherapy. Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress evaluations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with colleagues and community providers as appropriate. Participate in supervision, consultation, or team meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active LCSW-C license in MD. Strong skills in evidence-based therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
