HYBRID (Florida) Immediate Opportunity Allegiance Behavioral Health Services is seeking a qualified Social Worker/Case Manager Supervisor to support our Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management provider enrollment. Applicants who are already actively enrolled with Florida Medicaid are strongly preferred. The selected candidate must be willing and able to link to our provider group through the Florida Medicaid Secure Web Portal using the Group Linking Tool as required for Medicaid enrollment approval. Required Qualifications Active Florida license in good standing (LCSW preferred). Experience supervising case management, care coordination, or social work services. Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and compliance requirements. Ability to serve as a Social Worker/Case Manager Supervisor for a Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management group. Willingness to complete and maintain required Florida Medicaid provider enrollment requirements. Highly Preferred Currently enrolled as a Florida Medicaid provider. Previous experience with Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management programs. Familiarity with Florida Medicaid Secure Web Portal and Group Linking procedures. Ability to link to our Medicaid group immediately upon hire and completion of onboarding requirements. Responsibilities Provide supervision and oversight of case management staff. Review and approve case management documentation and service plans. Ensure compliance with Florida Medicaid requirements. Participate in quality assurance and program oversight activities. Support successful Medicaid provider enrollment and ongoing compliance. Important To be considered, please indicate: Your Florida professional license type and number. Pay:

$51,501.32 - $62,023.09 per year
