Hybrid - Clinical Social Worker (MSW / LCSW)

We are expanding our clinical team and launching an exclusive pathway for Master of Social Work (MSW) professionals and Licensed Certified Social Workers (LCSW). This cohort will launch within our brand-new, state-of-the-art outpatient clinical facility in Braintree, MA. Social work is the foundation of our practice model. We partner directly with local health systems and community infrastructure to provide vital continuity of care. Our clinics work closely with state agencies, including the Department of Children and Families (DCF), local hospitals managing acute discharge planning, court-mandated treatment programs, nursing homes, and regional shelters. To ensure that quality mental health support remains fully accessible to the community, we accept all major insurance networks, including MassHealth, Medicaid, and Medicare. Targeted Clinical Training:

Compensated Clinical Supervision:

All weekly 1:1 and group supervision required for your independent hours is provided internally by experienced supervisors. Crucially, this supervision time is fully classified as paid clinical time—you generate income while fulfilling your supervision requirements. The Interdisciplinary Framework We deliberately remove the operational isolation common in traditional private practice or community mental health contracts by embedding providers in a technologically advanced setting. ✓

Work in direct coordination with internal Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. ✓

Advanced Clinical Modalities:

Our brand-new Braintree facility is uniquely equipped to provide high-acuity interventions, giving your clients internal referral access to advanced options like TMS and Spravato® when standard protocols require escalation. ✓

Complete Administrative Relief:

A dedicated intake and billing division fully manages insurance credentialing, and handles authorizations so you can protect your clinical time. Key Operational Expectations ✓

Hybrid Workflow:

Deliver care via an intentional hybrid structure. Clinicians deploy to the state-of-the-art Braintree hub 1 to 2 days per week for in-person treatment, case consultation, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a modern, ergonomically designed workspace. The remaining entirely via secure, remote telehealth from your home workspace. ✓

Clinical Volume:

Maintain a consistent baseline production threshold of 24 completed clinical sessions per week, with full operational support available for clinicians who choose to safely scale their volume beyond this minimum. ✓

Documentation:

Complete timely, meaningful diagnostic assessments, collaborative treatment plans, and progress notes utilizing our streamlined documentation rubrics. Requirements & Candidate Profile ✓

Academic Credentials:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university. ✓

Licensure Status:

Active Massachusetts license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), or an MSW graduate immediately eligible to sit for the ASWB licensure examination. Pay:

$42.50 - $87.00 per hour
