Seeking LCSW Clinical Supervisor / Practice Mentor (NC) An emerging North Carolina behavioral health practice is seeking an experienced LCSW to provide clinical supervision and mentorship for an LCSW-A developing a Medicaid-focused outpatient and community-based practice. Seeking guidance and support related to: Clinical supervision Medicaid documentation and compliance Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) Treatment planning and medical necessity Outpatient therapy documentation Audit readiness and ethical practice standards Private practice development in North Carolina Preference for experience with: NC Medicaid Tailored Plans Community-based services Family and individual therapy Private practice operations Clinical documentation and compliance
Requirements:
Active North Carolina LCSW license Fully licensed for at least 2 years preferred Experience with outpatient therapy and Medicaid documentation strongly preferred This opportunity is ideal for a clinician interested in providing meaningful mentorship and helping support the development of a compliant and ethical behavioral health practice. North Carolina preferred. Virtual supervision options welcome. Compensation negotiable based on experience and supervision structure.
