Job Description

Job Summary The Clinical Therapist (LCSW) is responsible for providing high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. The therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners to support emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term recovery. As a member of Bridge Integrative Health, the Clinical Therapist contributes to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence, accessibility, whole-person care, and meaningful community partnerships. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to support coordinated care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities. Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as clinically indicated. Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and whole-person wellness. Contribute to the growth of specialized services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Foster strong therapeutic relationships that promote resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. Experience Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families preferred. Experience conducting clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and other clinically appropriate interventions preferred. Experience collaborating with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community-based organizations preferred. Experience working within an interdisciplinary treatment environment preferred.
Pay:
From $60.00 per hour
