This leadership role is ideal for a clinician interested in helping build and oversee a growing behavioral health organization focused on community-based care and clinical excellence. The selected candidate will play a key role in clinical oversight, supervision, compliance, and program development within the agency. Responsibilities Serve as the agency's clinical supervisor and license-associated clinician Provide supervision and guidance to behavioral health staff Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Support compliance with North Dakota Medicaid and behavioral health regulations Assist with policy development and quality assurance processes Support staff training and clinical best practices Participate in agency growth and program development initiatives Qualifications Active North Dakota Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in behavioral health, community mental health, or rehabilitation services preferred Preferred Experience North Dakota Medicaid behavioral health services Clinical supervision and staff oversight Community-based mental health programs Compliance and quality assurance experience Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Leadership role within a growing organization Hybrid and remote flexibility available depending on role structure Opportunity for long-term partnership and growth
