LCSW/LCSW-C
who wants more than a caseload. Who We Are Looking For You may be a seasoned clinician bringing years of professional and life experience into the therapy room. at BHC, you will provide outpatient psychotherapy services across telehealth and in-person settings while working within a multidisciplinary ecosystem of psychologists, psychiatric providers, therapists, interns, and clinical leadership. You will have the opportunity to build specialty areas that genuinely align with your interests and clinical passions. Core Clinical Responsibilities Include:
Providing individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy Conducting biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic clarification, and treatment planning Supporting clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD-related concerns, relational stress, family systems challenges, identity development, and life transitions Maintaining timely, audit-ready, HIPAA-compliant documentation within SimplePractice Collaborating with interdisciplinary providers through consultation and clinical meetings Coordinating referrals, crisis support, and wraparound services when clinically indicated Delivering affirming, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ folx, children, families, veterans, athletes, and high-achieving professionals Utilizing systems-oriented and person-in-environment frameworks to support holistic client care Compensation and Incentives This is a 1099 independent contractor position designed for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and growth. Base Rate:

Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution Active Maryland licensure as an LMSW or LCSW-C Experience in outpatient therapy, private practice, community mental health, school-based, hospital, or integrated behavioral health settings preferred Strong clinical foundation in trauma, anxiety, depressive disorders, family systems, and relational work Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families preferred Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming care Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation; SimplePractice experience is a plus Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply Pay:
