Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This is a highly flexible, hybrid role featuring a combination of remote telehealth and in-person responsibilities based on evolving client and program needs. This position is ideal for a clinician seeking predictable part-time or per diem work with a strong desire for professional advancement as our company scales.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Counseling:

Provide high-quality mental health counseling, psychotherapy, and clinical support to a diverse caseload.

Assessment & Planning:

Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized treatment plans, and track client progress toward stability and recovery goals.

Care Coordination:

Actively collaborate and coordinate care with external referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community providers to ensure holistic client support.

Documentation:

Maintain strict compliance with state and industry standards by completing accurate, thorough, and timely clinical records and progress notes.

Qualifications & Skills Licensure:

Active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State (required).

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Organization:

Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a hybrid schedule and documentation workflow.

Preferred Experience:
