As demand for therapy services continues to grow, we are expanding our clinical team and hiring both full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who are passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Position Overview We are seeking Connecticut-licensed LCSWs to provide outpatient therapy services to a lifespan population, with opportunities available for both traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time evening/weekend schedules. This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, consistent referral volume, collaborative support, and the ability to provide meaningful care in a hybrid environment.
