We are seeking a New York State-licensed LCSW to join our growing clinical team, providing individual psychotherapy to adults via telehealth, with the opportunity to transition to in-person care as we open our office in the Stony Brook / central Long Island area. We have built this practice so our clinicians can focus on clinical work rather than the administrative demands of private practice. Unlike large national platforms, where clinicians operate as independent profiles competing for visibility, you will work within an established local practice supported by a dedicated team and a community-based referral network. Position Overview Provide individual therapy to adults (telehealth now; hybrid as our Stony Brook-area office opens) Full-time or part-time, with flexible scheduling W-2 employment with a set per-session rate Comprehensive administrative support: credentialing, billing and claims, scheduling, and intake handled in-house A growing local referral pipeline built through physician outreach, community relationships, and directory presence What We Offer Established insurance panels and in-house billing ( no chasing claims) A collaborative team and a stable, predictable compensation structure A practice invested in your long-term growth rather than clinician turnover The operational infrastructure of an established group with the personal support of a local practice Qualifications Active

NYS LCSW

license in good standing Experience providing outpatient individual therapy, including telehealth Current credentialing with commercial insurance panels (Aetna, Cigna, UHC/Oxford, Anthem, Northwell Direct) strongly preferred (this accelerates your start date).
