Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Contract Position Path to Full-Time position Collective Living Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing private practice in central Pensacola, FL. We are looking to fill this position by August and aim to identify the right candidate early in order to begin credentialing and support a smooth onboarding process. This role is designed for clinicians who are motivated to grow into a full-time caseload within a structured and supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

On-Site Work Model:

Work within a supportive, in-office environment with access to leadership, administrative support, and clinical collaboration. Flexible Schedule with

Autonomy:

Clinicians maintain control of their schedule while building their caseload. Part-Time to

Full-Time Structure:

Part-time caseload build: 5-15 clients per week Full-time defined as Min. of 25 clinical hours per week

Important:

Clinicians who are actively working toward full-time are supported within the split model. Long-term part-time arrangements are available under a separate office rental agreement. Autonomy with

Collaboration:

Independent practice with access to a collaborative team including billing, credentialing, management, and a medical director.

Caseload Development:

Established and growing referral network to support steady caseload growth.

Administrative Support:

Billing, credentialing, EHR access, and internal systems are provided to streamline workflow.

Compensation:

Competitive - Full time ranges 70-90k per year

Qualifications:

Education:

Master's in Social Work from an accredited university.

Licensure:

Active LCSW in the state of Florida.

Experience:

1+ year in a mental or behavioral health setting preferred.

Therapeutic Modalities:

Experience with CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches preferred.

Client Population:

Comfort working with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns.

Clinician Responsibilities:
