Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC / Psychologist) - Full-Time / Part-Time (W2) | Oakland, CA Preferred Bilingual We are actively hiring Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for full-time and part-time W2 opportunities in the Bay Area (Oakland & surrounding counties). Immediate openings (2-5 positions only) | Immediate caseload - start seeing clients within the first week Compensation & Benefits $45-$55/hour (based on experience & licensure) Annual package: full benefits Biweekly pay Flexible schedule (10-25 hours/week for part-time) Opportunity to grow into full-time Role Overview Conduct mental health assessments Provide individual therapy & counseling Deliver evidence-based interventions Maintain clinical documentation Collaborate with care teams & case managers Participate in case reviews and care planning Work within a collaborative care model supporting Medi-Cal and community-based populations.
Requirements Active California license:
LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist Ability to start immediately (May 2026 preferred) Strong communication & documentation skills Passion for working with diverse and underserved populations Why Join?
