Job Description

A highly respected outpatient behavioral health organization in Braintree, MA is seeking a full-time Hybrid Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. We welcome recent MSW and MHC graduates, pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure, and Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, and LMHC clinicians who are looking for strong supervision, paid training, a sustainable caseload, and a supportive clinical environment. What Makes This Role Stand Out Unlike many private practice or contractor roles, this opportunity offers the stability and support of a W-2 model. You will not be expected to build everything on your own. Our team supports the operational side of care so you can spend more time doing meaningful clinical work.

Paid Training and Clinical Development All clinicians participate in a structured, fully paid Clinician Fundamentals Curriculum designed to strengthen clinical confidence and reduce burnout, especially for early-career therapists.
Phase I Training Includes:
Intake, assessment, risk assessment, intake documentation, clinical progress documentation, documentation rubrics/checklists, clinical language templates, and live documentation workshops.
Phase II Development May Include:
Measurement-based care, DSM-5-TR application in outpatient practice, treatment planning, suicide and risk assessment, cultural competency, de-escalation strategies, psychopharmacology collaboration, caseload organization, and burnout prevention. In addition to onboarding and training, clinicians have access to ongoing learning opportunities including clinical education sessions, team-based development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Licensure and Supervision Support We understand how important high-quality supervision is for recent graduates and clinicians working toward independent licensure in Massachusetts. This role offers strong support for professional growth, including: Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced licensed clinician. Group supervision and team consultation. Clinical support from experienced leaders. Continuing education and professional development opportunities. A collaborative environment where you can strengthen your skills and develop your clinical niche. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy in a hybrid setting, both in person and via telehealth. Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation. Deliver evidence-based care in a supportive outpatient setting. Participate in supervision, consultation, team meetings, and ongoing training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to support quality client care. Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically meaningful documentation. Support a positive patient experience and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive care environment.
Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
Credentials:
Candidates with MSW, MHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Experience Level:
Recent graduates and pre-licensed clinicians working toward Massachusetts independent licensure are welcome. Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) are also highly encouraged to apply.
Commute:
Ability to commute to Braintree, MA for required onsite days.
