Our team is made up of experienced, highly skilled clinicians who are passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our collaborative team. Therapists provide virtual outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families presenting with a range of concerns. We are particularly interested in clinicians with expertise in trauma, life transitions, college/young adult mental health, ADHD, relationship concerns, and anxiety disorders. This is a W-2 employee position with flexible scheduling and the autonomy to create a schedule that supports your personal and professional goals. Our goal is to support you to build a comfortable caseload and provide the support and infrastructure needed for you to focus on what matters most—providing excellent clinical care. At Therapy Together, we hire individuals who have a passion for collaboration and quality care. Our therapists live by these values and bring them to life. Clinical therapist will be responsible to: Provide virtual clinical counseling services to clients of Therapy Together, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required. Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Therapy Together. Available to hold a minimum of 10 client sessions per week , provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Therapy Together. Full time therapists have availability to hold 25 client sessions per week . Clinical therapist will at all times maintain Liability Malpractice Insurance Policy; if hired as a W-2 therapist is covered under the practice's policy. Respond to client's requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Therapy Together website Communicate with a client's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, dietitian, etc.) as necessary. Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Therapy Together within a timely fashion (by Friday at midnight of each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date. Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Therapy Together. Jenna Halloran Karl, LCSW, LICSW Qualifications and Skills:
Align with Therapy Together mission vision and values. Have at least one specialty population (i.e- college adjustment, perinatal mental health, trauma/PTSD, anxiety disorders). Be independently licensed. Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; Active, unrestricted license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the State of MA or NY. A copy must be provided to Therapy Together. Pre-LMHC and LCSW candidates will be considered at this time - Clinical Supervision will be provided by the practice. Must be punctual in reporting to work. Be organized and detail oriented. Be able to work independently on tasks and independently manage schedule Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience in a private practice setting highly preferred. At least two year's experience in a clinical setting. Application instructions:
