About Thrive Therapies Group Thrive Therapies Group is a pediatric healthcare company dedicated to helping children with disabilities thrive in school settings. We partner with school districts across Tennessee to deliver high-quality therapy and mental health services that help kids access their education. We are recruiting two Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) for school-based positions in Chattanooga, TN for the 2026-2027 school year. Why Thrive?

- Provide individual and group therapy to students (K-12) with social-emotional and mental health needs
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and parents to support student success
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in the school-based setting
- Support IEP teams with social-emotional components of student services
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation What We Are Looking For
- Active Tennessee LCSW license
- required, no exceptions
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or pediatric populations preferred
- School-based experience a plus

- Collaborative, patient-centered approach and strong communication skills Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
$58,000 to $65,100 based on experience (annual, W-2)- Sign-on bonus: $6,000
- Stay bonus and performance bonus available
