This position works collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate is a clinically skilled professional committed to delivering person-centered, strengths-based care while maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations. Diagnose mental health disorders within the scope of licensure. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and strengths-based approaches. Provide individual and, when appropriate, group therapy services. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding diagnosis and treatment planning. Assist individuals and families in understanding diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and available community resources. Facilitate coordination of care between clients, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies. Support individuals through treatment, crisis intervention, and transitions in care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Exercise sound clinical judgment in determining appropriate interventions based on current best practices and research. Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the responsibilities of the position. Qualifications Required Education Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Required Licensure Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the applicable state. Valid driver's license. Current automobile insurance if using a personal vehicle for business purposes. Preferred Experience Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy. Experience with interdisciplinary treatment planning. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and crisis intervention skills. Knowledge of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based treatment models. Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach. Travel locally to meetings or client-related activities as needed. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Use standard office equipment, including computers and telephones. Additional Information The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, cultural competence, and a commitment to providing high-quality behavioral healthcare. This is a full-time exempt position that may occasionally require work outside normal business hours based on operational needs.
