Join as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LPC where your personality, in addition to your expertise will make a huge impact on the minds that need it the most. you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, crisis intervention with the team. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately document patient conditions. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis tailored to individual needs. Provide specialized counseling for child and family dynamics, including grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, gender issues counseling, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Manage crisis situations through effective crisis management techniques and crisis intervention strategies to ensure patient safety and stabilization. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating medical terminology and documentation standards compliant with HIPAA regulations; maintain detailed medical records and progress notes. Skills Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Expertise in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies for diverse populations. Skilled in working with children, adolescents, adults with disabilities, geriatrics, and individuals facing gender issues or trauma-related challenges. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans aligned with clinical research standards. Ability to utilize medical terminology accurately within documentation; experience with CPT coding is a plus.
