Job Description

Social Worker must have experience and hold a MSW. Social Worker must have experience of at least 1 years experience in the Hospice setting. Hospice social workers provide practical support, counseling, and care for those facing serious illness. They can help patients and their families access resources and services, coordinate end-of-life care, and provide emotional support during difficult times.
