We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Social Workers and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering consistent, evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment. The

CSW/ LCSW

will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs. Assess and correctly diagnose clients using the DSM-5 Diagnosis and Statistical Manual for billing purposes. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices. Provide counselling services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing various therapeutic modalities. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Stay informed about the latest developments in clinical social work practices. Referring clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Responsible, and dependable; able to provide regular and consistent treatment to clients. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the NASW ethical standards in practice. Committed to personal growth and learning within a teamwork environment.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to attune with others authentically, to create strong and trusting therapeutic alliances. Excellent communication skills including active listening and the ability to communicate compassion and empathy. Ability to build rapport with others and attune to their needs quickly. Ability to conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Optimistic with a good sense of humor and growth mindset.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work. Current with UT State licensing requirements. (Supervision will be provided for CSW's. Pre-licensed interns are also welcome to apply.)
