• Contract Join a mission-driven mental health team helping patients feel understood, supported, and cared for Whole Mind is a growing outpatient mental health organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders.

Our care model integrates psychotherapy with advanced psychiatric treatments—including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) —within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on improving outcomes and expanding access to care. We are currently seeking both licensed therapists and limited license clinical interns to join our newly expanding Salt Lake City clinic. Position Overview This role offers the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and expanding mental health organization while building meaningful, long-term therapeutic relationships with patients. 00 per patient-facing hour Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and provider availability Opportunity to increase hours as patient demand grows Employment Structure This role will begin as a 1099 independent contractor position , with the potential to transition into a full-time W-2 benefitted role once the caseload reaches approximately 32 patient-facing hours per week . Eligible Limited Licenses:

CSW ACMHC MFT-I

Candidates must hold a current limited license in the State of Utah and be eligible for supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical providers, and clinical staff Support continuity of care within Whole Mind's integrated treatment model Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensing requirements Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Participate in team meetings and care coordination as appropriate QualificationsLicensed Therapists Active Utah license in one of the following:

LCSW CMHC LMFT

Limited License Interns Current Utah limited license:

CSW ACMHC MFT-I

Must be eligible to receive clinical supervision.

Preferred Experience Experience working with:
